• Comment: Water heater leak damaged drywall in garage. Called late Tuesday, arrived early Wednesday for estimate. Jacob McGhee was prompt, friendly, and answered all questions. Another company removed the water heater the next day. Jacob followed up at least twice and scheduled demo early Friday. Alfredo and crew arrived on time and cleaned as he removed the damage. Application of anti-microbial was thorough. Dalworth installed 3 fans and a dehumidifier for 3 days. I appreciated Dalworth set a 1 hour arrival window (other companies set 2 or 3 hour windows) & arrived on time.
