• Comment: They were on the scene at 2 or 3 in the morning to help us after our house flooded. They removed everything, including the flooring and all my belongings from the areas that had been damaged and although I hired another company to do the remodel, I wish I had hired them. They took loving care of every belonging they packed and stored and put most of it back in to place like it was before the flood. Not one single thing was damaged or broken. The only issue I had was that some of the workers did not want to wear masks in the middle of Omicron, including the COO. After a visit from the COO which was very strange, I decided not to hire them to do the remodel. He was visibly upset about being politely asked to please wear a mask and then tried to make me sign something to say I would commit to doing a remodel with them without any estimate or flooring to choose from. The supervisors, though, that helped were the absolute best.
