Came home from vacation Saturday night with my house flooded. Armando and Cecil came out expeditiously and got the water extracted and placed dehumidifiers in quickly and got the problem resolved in a professional manner. Especially for a Saturday night. 5/5

They came to my apartment, answered all my questions, and set my water remediation. They made sure my apartment was taken care of and were extremely professional.

Excellent service. I called and the project manager Blake showed up with an hour. Blake, Armando and Alredo were always prompt and provided great customer service. A great team.

Water heater leak damaged drywall in garage. Called late Tuesday, arrived early Wednesday for estimate. Jacob McGhee was prompt, friendly, and answered all questions. Another company removed the water heater the next day. Jacob followed up at least twice and scheduled demo early Friday. Alfredo and crew arrived on time and cleaned as he removed the damage. Application of anti-microbial was thorough. Dalworth installed 3 fans and a dehumidifier for 3 days. I appreciated Dalworth set a 1 hour arrival window (other companies set 2 or 3 hour windows) & arrived on time.

Amando, Nick & Josh, Are the most professional nice,and patient people that you would ever meeting your life! We were so devastated to wake up to our home flood. They came out with an hours. So professional! Very calming and soothing to me the over the top one lol. They educated me every step of the way they saved my home from a bigger disaster! They came out every day, Always on time. They call you to let you know they’re on their way! They treat your home like if your floors are 14 karat gold just very respectful I would recommend this company to anyone because of these guys!

Dalworth teams were amazing. The remediation crew that came in to help dry out the house was highly professional. They explained what they were doing and tried to make things as comfortable as possible. The packing and unpacking teams were a just amazing. They took care of my valued possession and put everything back in place. I am glad I called them and highly recommend!!

I had a small leak in my master bedroom and bath that slowly caused some water damage to the walls, flooring and baseboards. We had a couple of roofers, slab experts, foundation repair and plumbers come out and assess because no one could pinpoint where the leak was coming from. From the first consultation with Nick Hobbs, we knew Dalworth was essential. He did a thorough inside and outside assessment of our house. He and his crew (Hector and Hector) then spent two days carefully dissecting the targeted parts of our bedroom and bathroom that had water damage and were able to formally diagnose the leak. We then brought in a shower expert and plumber to assess when all of the old damaged dry wall was carefully peeled off by Nick and the team. Nick turned out to be right regarding the source of the leak (after 12 other experts left scratching their heads). Additionally, the crew was always on time, super courteous and very professional. They also did an amazing job saving our custom built ins in our master closet that would have easily cost us $15-20k to replace. Most people would have just skipped calling the restoration company but I can clearly see that hiring Nick/Dalworth has already saved us tens of thousands of dollars. They were on the scene at 2 or 3 in the morning to help us after our house flooded. They removed everything, including the flooring and all my belongings from the areas that had been damaged and although I hired another company to do the remodel, I wish I had hired them. They took loving care of every belonging they packed and stored and put most of it back in to place like it was before the flood. Not one single thing was damaged or broken. The only issue I had was that some of the workers did not want to wear masks in the middle of Omicron, including the COO. After a visit from the COO which was very strange, I decided not to hire them to do the remodel. He was visibly upset about being politely asked to please wear a mask and then tried to make me sign something to say I would commit to doing a remodel with them without any estimate or flooring to choose from. The supervisors, though, that helped were the absolute best.

We had an unexpected water disaster and Dalworth saved the day! Jacob quickly arrived at my home and the crew was right behind him. They accessed the damage and went to work. Within a short amount of time, the water was extracted and the drying process began. I cannot thank them enough for helping me through all of this.

We came home from a short vacation to a flooded house! A toilet supply line had broken, and was spewing water all over. We called several disaster companies, and Dalworth was the first to respond. They had a crew here within an hour, and immediately assessed the situation and started sucking out water. Fans and dehumidifiers were brought in, and every day for about a week a team would come in and monitor moisture levels and make sure that equipment was functioning properly. During that time, it was determined that some demolition was necessary to assure complete drying and avoidance of mold and mildew. Drywall, baseboard, insulation, carpet and padding was removed. All of the Dalworth team members were respectful, knowledgeable, willing to answer questions, and showed genuine concern for our crisis.

When a pipe burst and water poured into our home instead of out into the exterior hose, they were quick to respond. Susan, on the phone, was friendly and sensitive to our misfortune. She dispatched Jacob who arrived quickly, surveyed the damage and was clear in speaking with me about my choices. He was also quite patient as I made some decisions (sometimes I can be slow to decide). He was also friendly and my dogs liked him (that means a lot, ya know). He & his team got us situated quickly and our wet bedroom is in the drying process right now. Highly recommend them for their positive spirits, quick response, and professionalism.

I love Dalworth Restoration! This is the second time that I've used the business for flooding and water damage. A competitor wanted to demolish due to water, but Dalworth mitigated the water damage, saving a lot of money and time. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable, not to mention just polite. These incidents are always stressful and upsetting. Dalworth calmed my fears and handled everything until the job was perfect and most importantly, dry! Jacob, Landon, and Zack were the team members that I worked with. They were beyond excellent. Please use Dalworth Restoration if you ever have home damage and need cleanup. They are the BEST and will work within your budget.

The water damage team was good and thorough back in June 2021. However, 3 months later the restoration/remodeling team has still not called us back and our bathroom floor is still ripped up. They are not answering or returning our calls--super disappointing.

We were offered the services of Blake as project manager followed up by Jacob and Alex as the professional clean team. They were very professional, polite, informative and helpful!!! They all three understand what being in the service industry means and their actions would certainly lead me to recommend Dalworth Restoration to my friends, family and neighbors, al least at this point half way through their work. I cannot say enough good things about Dalworth Restoration and their terrific employees. After a frustrating lack of responsiveness from one of their major competitors, I contacted DR and their response was amazing They were right on time, checked out the situation and recommended the best way to remedy it. After that, they always contacted me when they were on their way, were extremely polite, and to make a long story short, what they suggested actually worked..drying everything out as needed. A big thank you to Corey, Jordan....and Marcos who was part of the initial visit. I will be singing the praises of Dalworth Restoration for a long time to come!

The folks at Dalworth Restoration far exceeded our expectations. My family and I had the unfortunate experience of a water loss in our home. The response time of the project manager and the technicians was not only prompt but, they notified us when they were heading our way. Our project manager was Kurt, and he lead the team with confidence and knowledge to get my home dry. Kurt provided me with what to expect, how the process would go and communicated with us daily! Kurt also helped guide us through all the difficulties with our insurance carrier. Dalworth is the only company we would trust for restoration needs. Thank you!!!!!!!!

We had pipes burst in our school building during the storms in February 2021. Dalworth was in charge of the mitigation of the water, and restoration of the building. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. They know what they are doing and go above and beyond to work with their clients. They have made what is a very overwhelming and stressful situation so much less stressful. They have walked me through the process step by step, and the communication was top notch! I would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone who could use their services in the future!

Highly recommend! I am extremely pleased with my experience with Dalworth. I had a mold issue in my bathroom as a result of construction oversights with the shower install. Kurt helped us to remediate the mold issue. He was extremely thorough and professional. Kurt clearly explained the remediation process from start to finish and delivered excellent results that exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use Dalworth for any future restoration needs.

You cannot go wrong with dalworth. They work hard and as quick as possible. Very professional and helpful through each phase. They have a highest standard in the business and return the best results. Andy Rials is such a helpful and professional person he was always giving me updates and making sure everything was going smoothly. Also not to mention the remediation team was also super helpful, professional and friendly. Saul Sanchez was such a hard worker and did such a great job and making sure everything was going smoothly. Along with Fermin Roa who was also very helpful and a GREAT worker. They came in did all the cleaning up to standard got a consultant to test make sure we were all cleaned, then when it passed on the first try when it came time to cleaning the work area both Saul and Fermin stayed later to do extra cleaning. It was much appreciated. They took care of my house and treated as their own. I couldn’t have asked for a better company. Thank you Dalworth for being helpful in a hard time. 10/10 will always recommend.

Dalworth is our go to company when it comes to mold remediation and water damage clean up. We recently had Dalworth perform a mold remediation project. This has been the third project we work with Dalworth and we are always pleased to work with them. Andy, Ashley and Saul are excellent to work with. Very professional and responsive. We had great communication during the project at all times and results were above our expectations. I highly recommend working with them.

I cannot say enough great things about Dalworth. Working with Robyn Kent and her team on getting the water remediated was a pain-free and easy process (for what would have otherwise been a huge headache). Their level of professionalism and knowledge gave me confidence in their work and the final results were great. I would use Dalworth again and highly recommend their work.
